This class is in a dance studio, seating will be on the floor. with walls to lean on. There is an ADA bathroom a few doors down. Entry to the dance studio does include a short set of concrete steps outside the front door.

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION
Limited street parking in the surrounding blocks, most of it with no fee.
Close to the streetcar red and blue lines, one or two block walk from nearest stop.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Shred the Floor is a floor work workshop that is not for the faint of heart!
If you have ever had a guitar shredding solo and not know how to fill the music, this is the workshop for you. Learn dizzying leg work, heavy metal hip thrusts, and death defying transitions on the floor to dazzle any crowd. Be sure to bring water, knee pads, and clothing that is comfortable for thrashing around in. This class is open to all levels.
